Tim and Jen Allen have co-pastored at New Life Church since 2017, walking alongside an amazing leadership team and NLC church family. Tim grew up on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and Jen mostly claims Florida as her home base, growing up in a military family. Prior to serving in Incline Village, the Allen’s lived in St. Andrews, Scotland, where Tim earned his PhD in theological studies at the University of St. Andrews. Tim also has earned an MA in Biblical and Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and Jen earned her MA in education. After several years of teaching, Jen joined the NLC pastoral team fulltime in the summer of 2022. Worship and education have been two important ways the Spirit has shaped their lives. They have two amazing teenagers!
